Double Pound Cakes by Gail came into being in Aug of 2014. Double Pound Cakes in respect of her twin sister Michelle was named and established. Double Pounds Cakes showed Gail that, God will create something good out of your pain.

When setbacks come in life be determined to find good in everything. Thus, out of baking for others and therapy, an avenue for success for Double Pound Cakes was created and established.
